1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GLB Predictions ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using GLB Predictions, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials

3. How GLB Predictions Works

GLB Predictions is a prediction-based platform where users:

  • Make predictions on various events by paying an entry fee
  • Entry fees are collected via M-Pesa mobile payments
  • Winners are selected from users who made correct predictions
  • Payouts are distributed to winning predictions as specified for each event
  • Each event displays the potential winning amount before you make your prediction

4. Payments and Transactions

Entry Fees: All predictions require payment of the specified entry fee via M-Pesa. Your prediction is only valid once payment is verified.

Transaction Codes: You must provide a valid M-Pesa transaction code when submitting payment. False or fraudulent codes may result in account suspension.

No Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable once a prediction is submitted, except in cases where an event is cancelled by the Platform.

Payouts: Winners are paid via M-Pesa to the phone number registered on their account. The winning amount for each event is predetermined and displayed before you make your prediction.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information or fake transaction codes
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Use automated systems or bots to make predictions
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity

6. Account Suspension and Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or provision of false information
  • Any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users

Suspended accounts will not be able to make new predictions or access winnings until resolved.

7. Winner Selection

Winners are selected from users who made correct predictions. The Platform:

  • Does not guarantee that all correct predictions will win
  • May limit the number of winners per event
  • Awards the predetermined payout amount shown for each event
  • Makes final and binding decisions on winner selection and eligibility

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific payout amounts or winning odds
  • That technical issues won't affect your predictions

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLB Predictions and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by GLB Predictions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
