How do I make a prediction?

Browse the active events, select the event you want, choose an outcome, and pay the entry fee via M-Pesa. You'll receive payment instructions during the prediction process.

Can I make multiple predictions on the same event?

Yes! You can make multiple predictions on the same event by choosing different outcomes or even the same outcome multiple times to increase your chances.

When is the deadline to make predictions?

Each event has a specific deadline. You can see the deadline on the event page. Once the deadline passes, no more predictions can be made for that event.

Can I cancel or change my prediction?

No. Once you've made a prediction and paid the entry fee, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Make sure you're confident in your choice before submitting.

How do I pay for predictions?

All payments are made via M-Pesa. When you make a prediction:

1. You'll see the M-Pesa Paybill and account number
2. Send the exact entry fee amount to the Paybill
3. Enter the M-Pesa transaction code on the Platform
4. Wait for admin verification

What are the payment statuses?

Pending: You haven't entered a transaction code yet.
Awaiting Verification: You've entered a code, waiting for admin to verify.
Paid: Your payment has been verified and your prediction is active.

What if my payment is not verified?

If you've paid and entered the correct transaction code but it's not verified, please be patient. Payments are verified regularly. If there's an issue with your transaction, you'll be notified.

Can I get a refund?

Entry fees are non-refundable once your prediction is submitted, except in rare cases where an event is cancelled by the Platform.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected from users who made correct predictions. The selection process considers various factors including timing and eligibility. Not all correct predictions are guaranteed to win, as the number of winners may be limited per event.

When will I know if I won?

After an event concludes, the result will be declared and winners will be announced. You'll receive a notification if you're selected as a winner. Check your dashboard or notifications for updates.

How much will I win?

Each event displays the winning amount before you make your prediction. If you're selected as a winner, you'll receive the amount specified for that event.

How do I receive my winnings?

Winnings are paid directly to your registered M-Pesa phone number. Once your payout is processed, you'll receive the money via M-Pesa and a notification on the Platform.

How long does it take to receive winnings?

Payouts are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after winners are announced. The exact timing may vary depending on verification and processing requirements. You can check the status in your dashboard.

How do I reset my password?

Currently, password reset must be done through our support team. Contact us for assistance with account recovery and we'll help you regain access to your account.

Can I change my phone number?

Your phone number is critical for receiving payouts. Contact support if you need to update it. Note that changing your number may require verification.

What happens if my account is blocked?

Accounts may be blocked for violations of Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or providing false information. Blocked accounts cannot make new predictions or access pending winnings. Contact our support team to resolve any issues.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact our support team to request account deletion. Note that transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

I made a prediction but don't see it in my dashboard. Why?

Make sure you completed all steps including payment. Refresh your browser. If the prediction still doesn't appear and you've paid, contact our support team with your transaction details.
